"Developing business strategies, systems, and the people who use them."

Inner Circle Partners was created in 2002 with the merger of two successful consulting practices serving the Utah market. John Speth’s first consulting project was in 1997 with Ortho Development Corporation, a medical device manufacturing company owned by Dale Kimsey, which he grew and subsequently sold. They worked well together and found a shared interest working as business advisors to rapid growth companies.

After serving on the Salt Lake Olympic Committee, Mr. Kimsey joined forces with Mr. Speth in 2001, during which time they formed ICP to service the needs of expanding businesses in the Salt Lake and Provo/Orem markets. Initial clients included an INC 500 and four of the fastest growing companies in the state of Utah. In 2003, Mr. Speth moved south to expand operations through the opening of the Mesa, Arizona office.
